San Francisco Housing Authority (SFHA) Scattered Sites Program
Preserving Affordable Housing
San Francisco, CA
The SFHA Scattered Sites program is an essential initiative to rehabilitate five remaining buildings from the original SFHA portfolio, providing affordable, supportive, and senior housing to pre-existing tenants. These Type V Wood Framed structures, located throughout San Francisco, will undergo extensive gut rehabilitation to ensure their continued use as affordable housing.
In addition to housing, the program will incorporate community development spaces to further benefit the residents and the surrounding neighborhoods.
SCCS Group played a pivotal role in the project’s pre-construction phase, supporting design development, cost control, and the selection and onboarding of general contractors. Additionally, the project meets the City and CMD’s requirements for SBE, DBE, and LBE participation, ensuring local and diverse business involvement.
Through our collaboration, SCCS Group helped ensure the continuity and improvement of affordable housing while fostering community development in San Francisco.
