With over 20 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry, Stephanie Cesario has established herself as a leader in New York City, California, and the Midwest. She has successfully led top-tier construction management teams across diverse building sectors, overseeing ground-up construction, major modifications, adaptive reuse, historic landmark restorations, and high-end interior projects.

Renowned for her results-driven approach, Stephanie excels in fostering strong client relationships and is a passionate advocate for the educational and professional growth of her colleagues and team members.

As the Founder and CEO of SCCS Group, Stephanie brings her expertise and dedication to community-based development projects, focusing on affordable housing, cultural and nonprofit initiatives, institutional growth, and the restoration of vital capital assets. ROBERT J. MAHONEY III

Senior Vice President

With over 20 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry, Robert has successfully led project teams across New York City, California, New Jersey, and Florida. His diverse portfolio spans new commercial and residential construction, affordable housing, senior living facilities, Passive House projects, historic renovations, adaptive reuse, collegiate sports complexes, and green building initiatives focused on sustainable landscapes and carbon-reducing practices. Robert’s work has contributed to shaping some of the nation’s most iconic skylines.

As Senior Vice President at SCCS Group, Robert channels his passion for responsible and sustainable building into every project. His leadership emphasizes building meaningful relationships with clients and fostering the professional growth of his team. Through Robert’s guidance, SCCS Group continues to deliver top-tier project management and construction advisory services, supporting innovative and impactful developments across both coasts.

GAEL LAMOTHE

Director

With a decade of professional project management experience, Gael has worked across Commercial, Educational, Healthcare, and Residential sectors, bringing expertise in construction management, development, and consulting within the real estate industry. A trained Civil Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Buffalo, Gael combines technical proficiency with a strategic approach to project delivery.

Gael began his career with a prominent New York construction management and general contracting firm, overseeing all aspects of the construction process. He later transitioned to the development side of the industry to gain a comprehensive understanding of real estate, integrating construction procedures and cost analysis to deliver profitable, high-quality projects.

At SCCS Group, Gael leverages his extensive experience and problem-solving mindset to guide clients through complex projects in competitive markets. Known for his ability to navigate fast-paced, multifaceted environments, Gael employs a logical methodology to identify challenges early and develop innovative solutions. RYAN SANGER, AIA, NCARB

Project Manager

Ryan is a registered architect with over 10 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry. Specializing in healthcare, commercial, and residential projects, Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with a minor in Construction Management. His diverse project portfolio includes work in New York City for clients such as NYU Langone Health, NY Presbyterian, and Columbia University.

Ryan has contributed to a wide range of projects, from medical centers and educational facilities to building infrastructure and interior renovations. Known for his creativity and problem-solving skills, Ryan approaches every challenge as an opportunity to innovate and improve project outcomes.

At SCCS Group, Ryan plays a key role in facilitating the construction process of new and impactful community-focused buildings. His technical expertise in construction documents, combined with strong leadership and coordination skills, ensures projects are delivered on time and meet their targeted goals.

MICAELA DE POI SEGOVIA

Project Manager

With a decade of experience in the construction industry, Micaela has honed her skills in various roles, from drafting to estimation. Starting her career in Uruguay, she holds a Degree in Architecture and later earned a Certificate in Construction Project Management and Leadership from UC Berkeley, along with other studies in Project Management. 


As a Project Manager at SCCS Group, Micaela coordinates and manages construction projects during the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases, ensuring alignment with objectives and standards. She monitors project progress to stay on track and within budget, while facilitating open and transparent communication among all stakeholders to foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment.


Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Micaela plays a key role in SCCS Group’s West Coast projects, ensuring their successful completion through effective communication, management, and a strong sense of teamwork.

ANA TRUDE STOCKDALE

Project Manager

Ana is passionate about creating spaces where people are proud to work and live. With over five years of experience in architecture, real estate development, and construction, she holds an MBA in Project Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, and a Certificate in Buildings and Construction from NYU.

She began her career in São Paulo, Brazil, as an interior designer specializing in high-end residential renovations before transitioning into affordable housing, mixed-use, and community-driven projects. Her deep understanding of ground-up development, from site analysis to entitlements, enables her to navigate complex projects seamlessly.

As a Project Manager at SCCS Group, Ana leads multidisciplinary teams, overseeing all aspects of project execution—from preconstruction planning to final delivery. She excels at managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring smooth coordination between owners, designers, and contractors.

Based in New York, Ana plays a key role in SCCS Group’s East Coast projects, bringing a proactive approach, creative problem-solving, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient, and impactful spaces.
