SCCS Group partnered with Episcopal Community Services (ECS) to transform an existing commercial shell into their new headquarters in San Francisco. The project involved designing a functional space with a blend of perimeter private offices and an open office layout, tailored to ECS’s needs.

In addition to the layout design, SCCS Group oversaw the upgrade of life safety systems, as well as the installation of new HVAC and lighting throughout the space to improve operational efficiency.

This project was a meaningful collaboration, supporting ECS’s mission to end homelessness in San Francisco. By providing a modern, efficient workspace, we helped empower ECS to continue their essential work for the community.
